Annual "FOR THE LOVE OF EDUCATION" Trivia Night

Our only fund raising event is an annual “For the Love of Education” Trivia Night held around Valentine’s Day.

The next Trivia Night will be Saturday February 7, 2026.

We keep fund raisers to a minimum because we’re aware of constant pressure on local donors to support our communities’ many worthwhile activities.  The trivia night gives our many stakeholders – donors as well as recipients – a chance to have a good time and show their support by buying a table or contributing door prizes.  It’s truly a night of great fun for a great cause.

GILLESPIE CIVIC CENTER, 115 NORTH MACOUPIN; (Behind Gillespie City Office); DOORS OPEN AT 6:00 P.M., COMPETITION BEGINS AT 7:00 P.M.; Mulligans for sale; lightning rounds; 50/50 drawing; BYO beverages and snacks; ice and water provided; Alcoholic beverages permitted with a photo I.D.
